Programs

Our leadership programs help participants find pathways to make an impact.

We offer two primary paths of professional development to meet the needs of leaders who live or work in San Mateo County.

Our leadership programs help participants find pathways to make an impact.

They are experiential, 10-month, immersive, professional development programs framed around countywide issues, and led by influential leaders and presenters who are experts in their field.

Participants engage in monthly Learning Days that include shared experiences, leadership coaching, and individual and group learning opportunities. Participants build relationships with members of their cohort and with influential leaders in San Mateo County.
