Dee Olomajeye Dragon is a prominent human resources and people strategy executive in the biopharma industry, recognized for her human-centered leadership in biotech. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she most recently served the Senior Vice President of People Strategy & Administrative Operations at Senti Biosciences and Co-Founder of the Biotech CHRO Sisterhood.

Before stepping into the life sciences sector, Dragon spent roughly 15 years in consulting and risk management, serving as a Senior Consultant and Assistant Vice President at Aon and a Senior Client Manager at Willis Towers Watson. Dragon is highly engaged in the broader life sciences community serving on the Board of Advisors for Life Science Cares Bay Area and the Alumni Advisory Council of Leadership Council San Mateo County.

She currently serves as President of Dragon HR Consulting based in Burlingame where she resides with her husband Cody.
