Since joining Renaissance in 2013, Tim has played a substantial role in overseeing the organization's services and growth across the Peninsula, South Bay, and Unincorporated Alameda County. His leadership was instrumental in establishing East Palo Alto's inaugural small business incubator and the successful expansion of Renaissance's operations into new locales such as San Jose and Hayward.

Renaissance is a small business development organization dedicated to helping men and women, who traditionally lack access to resources and information, start their own businesses that will bring jobs to the local economy. Renaissance helps at every stage of development, from idea to growth.

Tim also currently serves as Pastor of New Hope Christian Fellowship in Hayward, California, and is Associate Supervisor–Western District at Foursquare Gospel in Oregon.

Tim is a graduate of Leadership Council SMC’s CORPS Program Class of 2022 and has joined the Board as a Trustee.
