We are proud to share our Impact Report 2025, which highlights how our programs are enabling leaders across San Mateo County to deepen their civic knowledge, strengthen their businesses and community organizations, and contribute to the well-being of our County.

This year’s impact stories showcase the many ways leaders in organizations engage with Leadership Council SMC to advance their missions.
