A fifth-generation San Mateo County native, Isabella has deep family roots in the region and a lifelong connection to the community. Since joining Leadership Council San Mateo County in 2023, Isabella has grown from coordinating the Immersion Programs to managing them alongside major events. In her current role, she manages LEAD Local, alumni engagement, and collaboration with elected leaders, while helping expand Leadership Council SMC’s programs and impact across the County.
Isabella previously interned with the City of Redwood City and the City of Burlingame, gaining early experience in local government. She earned a B.A. in Strategic Communications from Washington State University. Living in Pullman, a small town in the Pacific Northwest, was an inspiring opportunity to step outside the Bay Area and experience the value of a close-knit community — an experience she and her husband, both proud Cougs, continue to cherish.
Outside of work, Isabella values spending quality time with her family and her beloved English Springer Spaniel. She is also passionate about exploring local restaurants, cooking, and maintaining a disciplined early morning workout routine.
